Loon Hollow Woodcraft is a Minnesota-based artisan studio crafting handmade wooden bowls on the lathe. The brand called for a warm, authentic identity rooted in nature—capturing the serene beauty of Minnesota’s lakes and the timeless art of woodturning.

I designed a rustic yet refined logo with a handmade feel, balancing simplicity and distinctive craftsmanship. The business name is hand-drawn in a linocut-inspired typeface that conveys organic texture and personal touch. At its heart is a stylized loon motif, shaped to represent a turned wooden bowl. This design honors both the iconic Minnesota state bird and the unique vessels created by skilled hands, delivering a humble, memorable presence that feels perfectly inline with the peaceful world of Loon Hollow Woodcraft.
